What countries or regions do you ship to?
We are only shipping to EU countries at the moment. For international shipments, please get in touch with us. Karlara will not be responsible for any import duties and taxes that are incurred for shipping outside of the EU.
How long does it take for an order to be processed and shipped?
All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. The orders are typically processed and delivered within 15 business days. In the case of any production delay, you will hear from us.
Can I exchange or return artwork?
Please note we don’t offer exchanges or returns since our products are made to order or one of a kind piece.
My order is damaged, what should I do?
We want you to receive your work in a pristine condition. If your work is damaged, please email info@karlara.com within 5 days of receiving the work, including photographs clearly showing the damage, as well as the packaging it arrived in.
What can I do if my order is missing or is taking too long to arrive?
If you have not received your work, or are unsure regarding its whereabouts, please email us at info@karlara.com
How do I care for the prints?
Please handle photography prints with care. Archival prints are very fragile and easy to scratch and stain. It is recommended to keep the print in the protective paper sleeve if it is not in the frame.
Can I commission an original artwork?
In order to commission an original work, please email us at info@karlara.com, informing us of details of the project.
